Welcome to my blog.

I'm attempting to keep a training diary as a way of motivating me, and hopefully you, to get on your bike and ride! We forget how amazing and therapeutic it is too often and make excuses that become weaker and weaker but keep us away from that feeling that got us hooked in the first place!
