I live, work and love in Cape Town - how cliche is that.
What I mean by that is that is that I LOVE living in Cape Town, specifically the Southern Suburbs with the mountains in easy riding distance!
The very odd occasion when I do get out of bed and go for ride before work is stunning and we are spoiled for choice. I can ride in town's Deer Park, Tokai or anywhere on the road in between the Peninsula and Town.
My wife and I are expecting our first baby in December so I need to get some riding in before the inevitable arrives...
